I was helping out with the makeup at this event held at the National University of Singapore Cultural Centre Hall. It is the annual Xin Qing Rong Ji (XQRJ) which is a Regional Chinese song writing competition. It is the 15th year for this competition and some singers/songwriters were even born here.
